You may need to custom build with multiple 3080 ti gpu because of the vram usage. I'd also get some liquid cooling for the cpu

Are you able to put it together yourself? I can give you a parts list for an absurdly powerful pc. Most in-box pc's wont have adequate cooling for huge computing load. Also ram will be a factor as well.
