What does this mean my old laptop did this to around 5 years ago i using the same one. Cause i bought two back then. Why is it at 100% like this it was not doing this 2 week ago.

Could be a bunch of things. When this happened to my laptop it was a combo of windows updates and the automatic disk defrag

scroll threw that list, I find a few installed programs have a user side server running in the background.
