I need the following

1.CPU
2 Motherboard
3.Ram
4.Ssd

I have everything else including a 3060ti and a power supply.
This will be used as a backup pc, using cad and some heavy memory games etc.

I will be shopping at Tustin, CA microcenter.


What I don't know is what type of budget or parts I need for this build. Any advice?

Using CAD as in for layouts, engineering, SLD, blueprints, etc.? Or 3D modeling included in that?
