is there an website for check the compatibility of computer components?

or if someone can tell me if this is good build? I'm looking to spend 1100 euro maximum with monitor and so far this is the best what i find. Not sure if they will all play good together.

im living in Netherlands, close to Germany, so there's no problem at all ordering anything from there, and i think i will change for this MSI Z590-A PRO and i5 11gen to have ddr4 3200mhz working on

Not a deal breaker, but reading the specs on MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk, it does not have PCIe Gen4. Same with the i5 10400. So you can go down with the storage, like Samsung 970.

I'm not sure if you bothered to check the MSI's website for that RTX 3060, but why are you going below the minimum PSU? MSI recommends 550W and you're installing a 500W? You can get by...but if your power draw spikes and your entire computer shuts down, then maybe you'll consider 550W.

But samsung 980 is pcie 3. 0 and as far I check with my spec I will no jump over 350w

This is a link comparing the Samsung 980 and 970. You're correct that the 980 is Gen3. But I don't find these in stock from major retailers since the 970 Evo is favored over the 980. So most folks refer the 980 Pro as just 980.
