How can I have one monitor sleep and while in sleep mode display a PowerPoint? Is this possible?

Not sure if normal monitors can do that, but digital signage panels ought to be able to do something like that.

Export the powerpoint to JPeg and put them all in the same folder and set your screen saver to be a photo slideshow of that folder...
