For a year or two now, I have been dealing blue random blue screens. I have tried reformatting, dusting my computer and updating to latest drivers for computer... Can't really understand why this is happening. Ran Ram tests in the past, and found nothing.

Downloaded blue screen viewer, and this is the error:

Can anyone help?

what ram test did you run and what kind of computer is this? brand, type etc.

run diags on your storage

are you OC'd? CPU and RAM?

where are you getting drivers from? have you updated your BIOS? VBIOS on any GPUs?

what processor is this

Memtest86 (no errors found)
What Storage diags do you recommend?
No overclocking done
I have tried doing drivers straight from Asus website and using the armory crate app (on different installs). The gfx card driver is straight from NVIDIA website.
BIOS is not updated currently, but did that in past and also crashed.

Do you have BlueStacks 4 or 5 on your computer at all?
also do you have a Bad Audio Driver? Realtek audio?

also there is actually a very recent Bios Update
Version 3006
2021/11/23 8.04 MBytes

ROG STRIX Z390-H GAMING BIOS 3006
*Improve system’s compatibility.*
https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z390-h-gaming-model/helpdesk_bios

There is also an Audio driver update recently as well
Version 6.0.9088.1
2021/05/12 209.22 MBytes

Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.9088.1 For Windows 10 64-bit.
Improve system stability & Support Windows 10 latest version.

Maybe try updating Bios ( and making sure your ram cards are properly clocked )
then also update Audio Driver, and might as well update the Lan Driver just in case.

( SOMETIMES, LONG AGO ) windows 8 / 8.1 would update / download Generic Universal Drivers, rather then Brand/Handware specific. Causing Blue screens/black screens.
Anything could happen.

9C is commonly hardware (it's the code that pre-dated 0x124, and only shows on newer OSes if certain WHEA components haven't loaded yet in the boot process).

About the only software issues that will cause a 9C are Windows utilities that interact with the system BIOS, like Asus AI Charger or AI Suite. Maybe update or remove those, if installed.
