Hey,

So I’m honestly pretty clueless but I’m looking to have my first PC built.

I play Apex on Xbox rn but want to transition over. That, along with just web browsing, and d2R are the only things i really need to run efficiently.

Hoping to stay under $2000 with tax if possible.

If someone’s willing to help me get all the parts I need I’ll give you the last 390 I’ve got on here.

Let's get you into a sick PC

Is $2k USD?

Do you care about aesthetic?

Prebuilt or will you build it yourself?

Does the $2k include keyboard, monitor and mouse or just the tower?

Started a build list while waiting for your response

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2R77hk

Some points:
- this build assumes you're willing to build it
- assumes your $2k budget is just for the tower
- this part list has lots of room to decrease in price while keeping amazing performance (if you need to get KB/M and monitor with your 2k)
- if you're not willing to build, this would be a good starting point in your budget range while looking at pre-built PCs
- I'm a big fan of the 3060ti as it offers amazing performance at 1440 resolution for a price that's reasonable relative to the current market
- the CPU (ryzen 5600) is amazing for gaming. I would consider an upgrade only if you do a lot of multitasking (D2R multiboxing) or video editing come to mind

Tag me or PM me and we'll modify this as needed !

Full build for under 1600$, 1847$ including a decent 1440p 144hz IPS monitor

Choose whatever Mouse and Keyboard you want. Id recommend something mechanical with brown switches by either Logitech or Corsair.

You can adjust some things if you want more RGB for aesthetics and still stay at your 2k mark probably.

EVGA graphics stock of 3080 and 3090 just opened up. $2000 isnt enough for a 3090 build so I would go with a 3080.

https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=10G-P5-3888-KL

Motherboard and amd processor.

Id stick with newegg.com for these items.

amd ryzen 9 5950x is sold out but the best for gaming. the 5900x is more than good enough. For budget you could go with the 5600x

I like the ASRock X570 TAICHI AM4 AMD X570 SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard.

For ram ddr4 is the way to go. 3000 or 3200 mhz.

Power supply EVGA 1000-1500 watt gold or platinum rated.

Case Lian Li. For Case fans I like the gray noctua fans. They look cool and are quiet. https://noctua.at/en/products/fan

If you want I can walk you through the build and ordering process. If you buy from newegg.com make sure to toggle the "buy from newegg.com" switch so you dont accidently buy something from a third party.

PM me for more discussion.

this is a solid choice $1675 without monitor, keyboard, mouse
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NtpN6r

5600x, 3070Ti, 1TB M.2

can play at 1440p no problem as well as 1080 can go higher also with a 3080 but wouldn't recommend a stronger CPU as its good enough for gaming so some money saved there.

Custom build is probably 1.5k
razer keyboard and mouse 150ish,
monitor 150, speakers 100.
Leaves you at about 1900
with 100$ fluctuation
not sure what software runs nowadays.
I lost my windows 7 disc kinda depressing :/

Custom builds are better imo
You know what your building
And often times overall cheaper
Most pre-built setups usually need a little tweaking.
