Tldr: replacement panel only running 240hz but sold to me as 300hz.

Is it a hardware issue or configuration error?

Just replaced a panel. It was sold to me by bliss computers as a 300hz panel. They took the time to confirm serial number and model number, but despite their careful efforts, when I installed the panel, it only lets me adjust hz to 240. Is this likely a configuration error or a defective panel?

Let me know if there’s anything else I need to provide to get sound advice/tech support.

it's probably the wrong part
can you give the model number of the part? picture is best, wondering if its on their asset tag on the part or the MFG's.

i can think of a lot of ways how internal weirdness could lead them to think that you dont have the wrong panel when you have the wrong panel.
