Have some trolling my with remote access, only happens on at home wifi. They type things and watch my webcam. I ran multiple scans in safe mode. Checked my start up apps. Booted into Linux. (Using Windows 11) only happens on my st home wifi

I have nuked my os twice and still happens when I connect to my homes wifi

Change all Wi-Fi info… passwords including admin pass, etc
Depending on your network hardware, you can also see who is connected and block unwanted connections
