Hi guys !

i have a prining trouble atm ...

everything im trying to print comes w/o color ... from World, from Adobe, from Photoshop, for Paint, from everywhere :-(

my Ink cartridges are alright.

i think the problem might come from a windows update ...

look at this screen shot (in french), i now only have choice between "grey levels" and "monochrome" when i think i should have an other choice names "colors" or so, no ?

does anyone knows how could i solve this ?

who is this general help guy? is he replacing us? i have concerns

i dont know if he replacing you, but for sure he was faster and with efficiency
