Hi Monster,

Do you have any requirements? No need to disclose any medical information or conditions but if you have eye strain you might want to get prescripted lenses for blue light.

This can reduce soreness on your eyes after a long day of gaming, but if you don’t any eye strains or soreness after looking at a high resolution monitor for hours on end, than any blue light blocking glasses will work.

Brand doesn’t matter, just blue light blocking to reduce strain and eye stress.

Gaming glasses are kinda gimmicky, only needed if you have the above conditions.

yea i dont need any type of prescription or anything, just to help with staring at a screen for long perods.

In which case any gunnar glasses should help, just make sure they block blue light.

There isn't much comparison between these and amazon branded gaming glasses though as long as they block the same light.

ah ok, thanks for the advice, i wasnt sure if their was a good brand or not, and not needing a prescription

windows 11 has blue light setting
and most modern monitors also
