I built this computer with a core 2 quad from an old build back in 2011 new case hyper 212 ssd same memory 8gb mushkin 4x 2gb ddr2 antec 430w psu core 2 quad 6600 cpu same motherboard with just added gtx 1060 I am able to play d2r in 4k resolution

Another pc cpu I used in a build in 2011 AMD A-10 5800K with g.skill 2x2gb ddr3 memory I put in a new case and bought gt 1030 to play Korean dramas and the ultimate htpc in living room for Korean dramas has a evga gtx 1070 ftw with i5 10400 Corsair all around fans cooler memory case

Trina buy 3060 or 3070 and build 12th gen intel i9 12900KF
Then done with building gave my sister my best build i9 10850k gtx 970 graphics Montech case for Christmas

thats alot of graphics cards boxes in your room

userbenchmark can be used to see how ur components are performing compared to other people with similar specs or just to compare with other components to determine which are the best configurations.
userbenchmark has helped me alot in choosing which parts i want.
