I'm running Win 11 on an AMD 3700X and an RTX 2070, with a SATA III SSD... No problems. :)

win 11 runs on older hardware fine, but it has a built in core controller specifically designed to optimize the 12gen intel chips

The obvious point I was making was there is no performance benefit in switching to win11 unless you have a 12th gen intel chip.
