I'm trying to spend less than $1000 on the best possible gaming pc tower for a 10 year old boy

I found this and although the 8gb ram is not impressive, the cpu and gpu seem to be decent enough to run most AAA games decently.

Can anyone confirm this would be OK for apex, fortnite, d2r, etc?
