I have an Asus ROG STRIX laptop

It has been great and have been playing very smooth gameplay until this morning.

Loading into D2R takes an insane ammount of time now (up to 2 mins)
and the loading/startup screens can not display video smoothly

The issue is now present when just browsing web as it is suddenly slow to load pages.

After i wait the long load times, In game is very smooth with no lag..?

Please help, no idea how to fix this.

I've done:
CCleaner
Made sure D2R was using the correct NVIDIA GPU

if you want the easiest steps, and maybe annoying depending on how much stuff you have to setup..

reinstall windows, if its still slow its hardware. then clean the PC. if its still slow it either wasn't cleaned all the way or fan needs replaced. and cleaning as it take it apart and clear the heatsink fully
