Very often mouse works but can’t click. Same with touchpad. I can move the mouse but clicking not work.

Now when I reboot sometimes can’t even click start but then using the windows key and it works.

After a fresh boot and I encounter this problem sometimes pressing ctrl alt del solve the problem temporaririly

What I’ve done
- fresh install windows 10
- removed drivers (but not sure I did it right)
- removed razer synapse

After googling it seems this freezing problem is very common and it seems like a software/driver problem.

If your Equipment is plugged into USB 3.0 Ports, I would recommend try plugging them into USB 2.0 ports and see if there are any differences.
My Razer keyboard/mouse were acting up, where the lights would not come on, or they would randomly go into store demo mode or some other weird stuff.
The razer synapse would just crash instantly when trying to do any interaction with it , even after a fresh windows 10 install.
( always thought the USB ports were faulty, but would work for some random stuff )

Turned out with old 2011-2014 Biostar motherboard, you needed a bios update + you needed a USB 3.0 Support driver from biostars website ,
(otherwise some USB 3.0 products wouldn't function correctly), and then a fresh install of razer synapse.
