I'm looking to buy a new laptop for Diablo 2 Resurrected and, eventually, Diablo 4.

I'm looking to spend around $300-$350 and I want something fast, with a good brand, good quality, and the capability to support future Diablo gaming. I know this puts required specs at i5 Processor with 2.0+ Ghz, 8-16GB RAM and a decent graphics card. I realize $300-$350 means a quality laptop of the right specs with have to be refurbished.

One I currently have my eye on and want opinions on is the Dell Latitude 5480 (Refurbished) - 2.4Ghz / 8GB RAM

But I am also curious if anyone knows of these to be fast and of quality..?
As well, what are the fastest, best quality brands in your opinions?

I always like Toshiba but they're going out of business and I don't want to end up with an unsupported laptop.

Can anyone help so that I don't make the wrong purchase please?

There are Gtx 1650 laptops for ~$500-$600 depending on the sale. Unless Op is lucky finding a used unit, there's little hope of finding a laptop within their budget.

There are many Gamers who want to play Diablo 2 Ressurected on a budget.
$300-$350 , and to be fast? Even in 2021 there is no such thing, sorry to disappoint you.

A lot of us here have bought up most of the EVOO laptops from walmart, and refurbished MSI laptops for around $550-600.
Like everyone else here is saying, your best bet would be to try Facebook market or E-bay , and buy something used, and leave it plugged in 24/7 or buy a replacement battery if needed.

I Would recommend anything that has this as a minimum to play Diablo 2R at a minimum without any issues.
Size 13" minimum , Preferably non-touchscreen, unless your going to clean it weekly.
CPU : i5 10th Generation OR I3 11th generation.
GPU : GTX 1650 very low settings 1660 low , 1080 medium, 3060+ for medium/high
WIFI specs 802.11ac ( WIFI 5th gen ) , or 802.11ax ( Wifi 6th gen) for lower ping.
Bluetooth Try to Avoid Anything older than 4.2 , 4.2 is ok on a budget just can be annoying to connect devices, recommend 5.0 or newer for fast no hassle connection.

Hard Drives always cause high ping, and very slow load times for games + Slow Bootup + restart times.
So even if its a cheaper SSD, it will be 12x better than a laptop hard drive.
Can always get Cheap USB sticks or external hard drives or cloud Drives ect later on.

---- More or less ---- I would get something that is really close to the EVOO gaming laptop I linked, as much as possible, even if you have to find that exact model refurbished or used ect.
All the drivers run smooth without any issues, which makes for a great gaming experience, as you don't have to mess with a bunch of stuff all the time.
