CPU temps keep spiking every 20-45 seconds or so. Even in BIOS. It'll jump to ~60c, then slowly climb down to ~45, then instant back up to 60 again and climb down. Does this all the time. Is it a a temp monitoring problem? I feel like that can't represent actual temps when I'm not even loaded into an OS. Hyper 212 black with fans at 100% and it still does this... Is this a known issue with any cpus/mobos? b450 aorus pro wifi mobo
