What are your thoughts on the m1?

While arm is def the future for mobile maybe even desktops one day I haven't seen any benchmarks yet.
Probably not going to look either cause its fucking apple. The amount of BS put into the new phone to
prevent repairs tells me its probably going to carry over into these units. If they won't llow me to repair it
I sure as shit won't buy it.

Definitely not upgradeable or easily repairable, typical Apple.

But...

Just bought a couple Mac Mini m1's for the wife and I to play with, they'll possibly replace our aging dinosaurs.

Definitely replacing my old gaming computer with this M1 Mac Mini, don't judge me, I don't game much anymore.
