I have an old HP ZR440 computer that used to be a power plant controls system historian. I uninstalled everything and configured the network cards for auto obtain and it won’t hook to the internet. I then installed a belkin WiFi adapter and it will not recognize any wireless.

I went into the group policies and set everything that was enabledOr disabled to not configured. I also disabled the firewall and still nothing

Do you have any other suggestions on what someone could be doing to keep you from attaching these controls computers to the internet ?

FYI. Downloaded win 10 iso and upgraded it and accepted factory settings and it wrote over whatever they had in there that wouldn’t let the internet work.
