I finally had to move on from a 16gb memory kit.
Im giving it a couple more years before I think 16gb kits become the minimum and 32gb kits are optimal.

Basically running a game at 1440p + streaming at 1080p while listening to spotify on chrome with stuff in the background hammered my 16gb kit to the edge to the point where I was dropping frames.
I think while just playing a game and listening to music on wmp i was around 10-11 gbs
