Right now I have 3 routers connected to eachother but it doesn't work well. I have a 6k sqft house with thick walls that requires two routers and in the guest house I have a internet cord 60-100 ft running to another router where my game room & theater is. For some reason all my devices get different speeds and I noticed one of the iPhones gets the fastest speeds vs wired computers. I was considering a bunch of Netgear orbi's but I would like the best speeds and have the computers hard wired. The modem is in the house and the game setup is in the guest house.

Map out the whole thing with dimensions if you want real help.

I have no idea. I have spectrum business and get over 400 mbps.

well you need a full map of the layout along with rough dimensions and distances to get a real answer.
we can say buy this or buy that but realistically those things may or may not work.

use wifi analyzer app on your phone to map area's that have difficulty and try to move devices around to negate it some.
check cables, reboot routers, update firm ware, update device drivers, avoid thick solid walls or high voltage like a dryer etc.

I have spectrum coming out at 3 today because they told me it was showing modem issues on their end. After they leave ill try some of these suggestions. Thanks for helping me find a solution.
