I've dealt with them on multiple occasions. They will custom make, anything you can think up, out of any of approx. 10-15 different types of plastic.
As for the necessary metal fittings, you just need to tell them where you want the holes and exactly what size you want them.
I would imagine that EK or similar would have some type of 2 part, threaded, feed through fittings.

They also drill holes, laser cut, and sell the proper adhesives to construct your reservoir, from the pieces they cut for you.
They also will do the fabrication for you, if you so desire.
/e I also dealt with AIN Plastics, but that was for manufacturing company.
/ee I checked EK and they do sell "pass through" fittings.
