A friend of mine have issues install program to his pc because windows ask him to enter admin password which he dont remember?

So how can I bypass/reset that admin password?

Boot with linux live disc and remove the password or what ninja said...
Its a security feature and if you can just turn it off easily it wouldn't be that secure now would it.
