Yeah i was thinking about this one but honestly it's more than what i need.

Only game that might require some better specs that i will be playing will be Diablo 4. I mostly play old school or strategy games that are not really demanding. As long as it runs D4 smoothly i would be more than happy with the laptop, no need max graphics.

The one you linked is near the minimum reqs. for D4, the one I linked is slightly above the maximum requirements for D4.
ASlso, the one I linked in no where near "max. graphics". :)

Max. graphics in CA is gonna run like $3k-4k. :)

The one you linked , will get you by on D4 though. :D

So at roughly 720 USD I would say that is not at all a good deal.

All those specs are bottom of the barrel. The only way they really could have gone further cheapen build would be to save $20 and leave out the 2nd drive
1650 is the lowest end of the GTX line. 1060 outperforms 1650 by 20-30%

The are not many good value options at that low of a pricepoint.
I would recommend either raising you budget (1000 USD buys a just released Asus TUF A15 w/ Ryzen 4800H, GTX 1660 Ti, 16GB 3200MHz Ram, 512GB SSD) or shopping used/clearance/open box (ebay/Walmart/Best Buy)
In the US Brickseek works well. I bought my brother a better laptop than the one your looking at in Feb for $349 USD

edit:

was Walmart clearance
MSI GP63 Leopard-077
i7-8750h
GTX 1060
16 GB RAM
256GB SSD
1 TB HDD
