Not bad for those games as long as you don't intend to stream a lot. Also you'll probably want to add a hard drive for storage. You're gonna fill that 256GB SSD pretty fast.

/e Because it's a prebuilt, it's gonna come with a ton of bloatware. There is a free program called DeCrapifier, that will help remove most of that.
