Anyone get more preferred results?

I recently turned to running my base 3.7 clock with a higher locked voltage at 1.35
I turned my voltage loadlines up another level and im getting pretty much the same performance at a 4ghz all core overclock

Not sure if the gaming performance is just flat or I just need a high end graphics card like a 2070 or 2080.
I mean the RX 5700 is nice but I know its still mid level

Anyone else have a preferred method for milking ryzen?

Haven't messed around with the newer stuff but I'm on a 1600 @ 3.8 all core and it games pretty nicely. It ran BO4 at around 120-150 frames max settings; drop em down a hair and I had 165hz steady.
I've heard on the newer ones the pbo algorithm is a lot better and usually nets better gaming performance in games that don't scale well with lots of threads.

not much to milk on a ryzen chip, that's the issue.

I've got a Ryzen 2600 here.

I find I get pretty much the exact same performance with a good cooler and MSI's motherboard "Boost" thing turned on which pretty much lets a single core turbo boost 100 Mhz higher than it would normally.

It will auto boost up to 4.1 on it's own when it needs to. vs leaving it at 4.1 all the time just creating heat and burning up my room and power bill.
