I've looked at that but it's mostly for custom water cooling, I'm going air cooling.

You might like the bit dated bitfenix prodigy case. I built a mITX system in one years ago, was able to get GTX 780 TI in there with closed loop liquid cooling setup on the CPU. It was tight, but mounted a larger fan (200-240mm) on the bottom of the case after cutting out some metal from the bottom of the case for more air flow. Very quite setup overall. When you start cramming a bunch of stuff into a smaller case, then a bunch of small fans, you will soon have a jet engine sound to deal with.
