I got a claim form for a current lawsuit going on against AMD for misrepresenting the number of cores in their FX-8XXX processors.
I remember they called them 8-core processors when they were really 4-core / 8-thread but I bought the one I had back in 2013,

This suit started back in August.
Anyone else get one?

Yeah, I did. It's valid and it's still on going. The email has a typo saying: Must be filed by Jan 3rd 2019. But if you check the website linked in the email, it's really Jan 3rd 2020. In a few days you get a similar post card type thing in the regular mail.
