First off it's a msi GV62-8RD

-My laptop has an error message "Status at risk (SMART event)"
-After logging into windows user interface a black screen occurs for roughly 4 minutes
-sometimes when booting the computer will not display a loading screen and the only way to stop this is a reboot
-black screen during booting occurs sometimes as well

here is the error message

I've tried googling this issue for about an hour to no avail. Any and all advice appreciated :)

I was interested in a screenshot of disk management showing the various drives and how full they were. According to the specs that laptop has a 16GB Intel SSD and a 1TB HDD. C: and D: could be partitions on the 1TB drive, but I'm trying to understand where the 16GB Intel SSD comes into play. I'm guessing that it may be full or something, hence the slow downs.

As far as we know...the 16GB may be a "part" of the 1TB, like an SSHD. I'm hoping Disk Management will show this?
