One of my old computers stopped working. It wouldn't boot up and idk why. I took our the hard drive and have it in a box. Is there a way to hook it up like maybe with a serial to USB cable and get some pictures off of it?

you want a hard drive dock compatible with the size/connector of the drive you have.
or
A hard drive recovery cable (like below).
