Looking for someone to help me budget a less than $400 laptop. I used to have a $180 ACER laptop that could run Overwatch thanks to this forum, however everyone seems to just be richer than me this year so I've decided to start a true budget discussion with the price in the description for others to see.

only downside is that the brand is HP, which is the notorious for low shelf life. New contender however.
