Happens while playing games and I think it's my CPU overheating.

Ryzen 1600 @ stock with stock cooler on max
ASRock 450M steel legend
Xcaliber 4000 MHz ram clocked at 3200
750w power supply

Computer was working find for a month and now it's overheating.... Brand new a month ago.

All fans are spinning
CPU fan 1 max performance
Tried opening cAse and putting a box fan in window

Only way I can make it work is if I go into settings on my power management and undervolt it to 80 percent and I don't want it to lose its lifespan

Undervolting the CPU should not shorten it's lifespan. In fact, it's one of the first things I do with a CPU. I try to get the lowest CPU voltage I can, and still remain stable in stress tests.

May want to consider a 3rd party cooler, or maybe better or better applied thermal compound.

/e There's a video in my profile for how thermal compound spreads.

Well, usually stock coolers are not very good at cooling, but AMD's are supposed to be better.
Things like case airflow, room temps, etc., all add to CPU temps.

Motherboard looks OK (heatsinks etc.). You are pretty much left with redo the thermal compound or consider a 3rd party cooler.

I can assure you that undervolting a CPU will NOT shorten it's lifespan. It may become unstable in stress tests, but that's true of just about any component that's undervolted too far.

My FX-8350 has been running fine at 1.275 Vcore for going on 7 years now. 24/7 ops.

When i built my 1600 whenever i set to auto it would jump back to 1.475 for no fucking reason
