phone connects 130mbps
my pc is sitting at 2mbps

all through wifi

signal strength is excellent so no sure whats the issue.

User error if you wanna get right down to it.
But probably hardware/driver/location related.

Yep. In my experience, it's the driver about 95 times out of 100.
