My goal is to play video games agian.

I have never had an issue playing on lte. Played Eso, cod, d3

What's price and speed differences? Why do you want to leave your current? I pushed LTE hotspot for quite some time before I chose a main provider and it worked well more often than not, there were days where ping was unbearable. I'm not too sure how reliable Sat. Internet is since I've never had it.

I currently have 250+ ms. 2mb download @ 80 bucks.

Damn that’s what I pay for 1g/1g.

4g lte works fine as long as you dont mind data caps.
a friend of mine does it like this, uses verizon hotspot to game and has a wireless tower internet kinda like you already have, just for downloading etc.

Try to get your hands on a grandfathered unlimited plan.

It was my only choice and I'm still using it. My internet is still garbage even with a booster.. but location is everything.

Just stick it out with whatever is cheapest until Starlink is available.

It's honestly crazy to see the difference between US ISPs and Canada's
I pay $90, roughly $70US for 300mb download. Think my MS is like 8, cant remember.
