my question is , can i upgrade my rams? motherboard is z97 gaming
because i feel like my computer is running slow because of only 8gb ram!

if you have open ram slots you can add more sticks, but make sure its the same speed, timing, capacity, and ideally the same manufacturer. basically just buy more of the same stuff you already have.

8gb should be enough most of the time. you could try making sure your ssd has a big enough page file as that should take care of ram shortage.

8gb slowing your system sounds unlikely. check ram usage. be certain that is the issue and find out what is using so much ram. and figure out if that usage is normal for that software / service.
