100% GPU Usage - 80c constantly stuttering

Tried two different computers.

Any suggestions on which cards offer some value?

Can you blow it out or reapply paste and pads?

I’m going to probably buy a replacement, then take it apart and do either reapplication of thermal paste or get a cooler and the cooling bracket from I think nzxt and put it in an old computer and see if it is just something as simple as that

Is it supposed to be at 100% or is something buggy?
Otherwise, first make sure you don't have dust buildup or airflow problems, then check paste.

You'll need to get VRM thermal pads too and you'll need to make sure you get the correct thickness.

not really, I only ever replace thermal pads if they are deteriorating.
