So I have to connect to my work VPN to RDP into my workstation at the office. However this also disables many sites I want to visit on my local desktop.

Is there a way to have the VPN only work through using an RDP connection so that any time I am on my own local desktop (minimized the RDP windows) that it will not restrict my access?
