Iirc several devices in that product line needs to be updated to the latest BIOS version first, to get the virtualization option under the BIOS' config tab.
This is correct as I had an end user in my office with one that came without the correct BIOS version.
It actually required TWO updates to the BIOS I.E.: Two full update and reboot cycles before it actually showed up.
