Short from an encrypted tunnel to a private network the IT team will always be able to tell what your doing.
Even then if it looks odd they can always just block it.

Literally anything can run d2 these days, but like KA said, you can't really block it without doing anything that would draw attention.

Worked in many high security places, a lot of them would have things blocked from the get go or block them shortly after trying.
Always an awkward day when the IT team and boss pull you aside to discuss what your were doing literally an hour ago.

We have no idea where op works but if he values his job its best not to so shit on their network your not authorized to do.
Everything is logged and just because your not saturating the network doesn't mean they won't use it against you at a later time.

Not unrealistic for a manager to ask the IT team to review his staffs activity to see whom should be let go.
Its one thing to say your on facebook messaging your family and another to be playing games on their dollar.

In ur case the simplest way would be with a rdp client. Teamviewer or Remotr for example.
Not aware if Exagear supports online play but you can run a vm on your phone.
Second one is more work but simply put would run much faster and cleaner.
