Looking for something decent under 40$
I bought these offbrand ones a couple years ago that had a good bass and a nice volume range but the plug pooped out on me.
Tried a couple sets and their presets are crap, bass are all crap and most of them are too quiet.
Suggestions?
Dont really feel like soldering a new plug on these old ones

For 40$ you cant really find any good cans with heavy bass. For that price you can get decent neutral sounding headphones tho:
https://www.amazon.com/Superlux-681-Dynamic-Semi-Open-Headphones/dp/B002GHIPYI/
There is also semi-closed version, but I have heard they dont have as good sound quality but they are supposed to have more bass:

Closed back will probably have the best bass at that price range.

I'd buy Creative Aurvana Live. They were on sale for $40 not too long ago.

I cant comment on the reg cals, but my purplewood version of them are amazing. Theyre nice little cans.
