People were doing the math on it, and with +13% IPC, 7nm can hit 4.6 on all cores, it will out-do the 9900k.
Only down side I see is if this is true, then AMD will be able to charge more for their CPUs so I hope they don't go price gouging like Intel has.

Also, I wonder if zen2+ would stay on AM4 socket, or go to AM4+/AM5?
Compatibility with DDR5 and PCIE gen 4 on newer sockets?
