So long story short I made the jump from Windows 7 to Windows 10 LTSB 1607 and I have noticed around every 10-15 minutes I get a massive frame drop rate from about 180(capped) to 30 FPS for a few seconds wwhile playing Fortnite. I never had any problems with frames dropping on windows 7 so I figured I would reach out and see if anyone has had any similar problems or a fix. Thank you

All temps are fine and PC is oc'd to 4.5ghz.

I have also noticed that my CPU sits at 100% usage when playing Fortnite

Does this happen with other games or when just using operating system normally?

Only game I currently have on the PC is Fortnite I can test CSGO later to see if that happens. So far it only happens when playing Fortnite.

Have you noticed it happening during anything aside from playing Fortnite?
Did you re-install Fortnite when you upgraded or no?

Only happens on Fortnite and I had to do a clean install for LTSB.

You tried a clean install of win 10?
