So I built a new pc and took one of the GPUs out of my sli set up this gpu was not the one that was plugged in to the monitor the secondary one. So I put it in the new pc and turned it on and there is no image. No post beeps and everything turns on... so IDK...

First off, use some half decent grammar so I don't have to read it 5 times to have an idea what you're talking about.

Are the fans on the GPU spinning at all?
Have you tried all the ports on the back of the GPU?
Did you make sure you have all the power cables necessary plugged into the GPU?
Have you made sure the cable and display aren't at fault here?

Also, what kind of graphics card is it ?
