I just downloaded epic pen from the official site and it crashes on start up each time.

I couldn't find any solutions to this on reddit or the rest of the web :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would just uninstall it completely, then re-install with administrative privileges.

Maybe try compatibility mode for Windows XP, even though you are on Windows 7.

I tried both things, they didn't work :(

E: I even used the contact page on the epic pen site, hopefully they get back to me!

Yeah I checked there, they didn't seem to have a forum or anything. :/

I've been searching reddit and google too. The only thing I found that was somewhat related was someone claimed Epic pen needed Microsoft .Net Framework to work, but I already have that active.

Might not be a high enough version of .NET framework.

Win 7 comes with 3.51 I think, but they are up to 4.72 now.

I remember a while back, I had to upgrade .net framework for some program to work properly. I went up to 4.6.2 which was the highest version at the time, and w/e it was started working.
So maybe you're onto something there.

/e Check in Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off, and make sure .net framework is on inside there, too.

This is what I get after trying to install the newest net framework.

E: I might just try some of the alternatives like GInk~

Thanks for all the help Ghot ^^

You might have to check Windows Updates first. Some of the .net frameworks have prerequisites.

Or ya could just use a sharpie on your screen. :D
