I don't think it is. It's in the picture, but underneath the big picture it says: Kit Includes: ...and there's no cooler in there.

/e All I see in the overview is the 4x CLC tuners. Which seems to be just 90 degree benders.

I see the 240mm in the pics, but nowhere in the text. No specs, no size, etc.
