This will be used for pc gaming and console gaming.
I want a 1-2ms response time, good res.
My price range is around $150. I have seen multiple monitors between 110-200 that i have liked but cant decide on which is best for me.

What games do you play on PC?

This one's the cheapest 144hz you can get: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/PmyFf7/acer-monitor-umfg6aab01

It's pretty great for the price although it does go on sale fairly often for even cheaper. Stand sucks with no adjustability, have to use DVI for 144hz and the colors are kinda washed out

Actually I just talked my self into recommending this one instead: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZBZ2FT/aoc-monitor-g2460pf

Probably worth the $20 price increase lol, has freesync and display port, probly looks a lil better too.

This. Unless you want 2K or 4K resolution (Depends on your GFX card to be capable for this keep in mind) Also not sure if they have 144Hz out yet for 4K. I still rock 1080P and I have a Gtx 1070. But my HP monitor is 8 years old and still holds up. Altho the refresh rate is prolly crappy ol' 60hz

well it's your call. You can either go with 1080P now knowing you will likely want to upgrade if your building a half decent gaming rig. Otherwise I would go with a 144hz monitor 2K resolution. (obviously more expensive).

Most of the 4k monitors blow unless youre dropping $700+ and in most cases pushing $1k
