Service Pack 1 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15090/windows-7-install-service-pack-1-sp1
You can get Service Pack 1 for Manual install, here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842

This I would save on a CD or a USB stick for if you ever have to install again.

Windows 7 SP2 isn't really a Service Pack like one is. It's just a collection of working Updates since SP1.

As for the rest, just go to Windows Update and install w/e it wants.

Lastly, these are the telemetry (spying) patches, which you can uninstall after everything is up to date...

Side note: If you want to do the security only (Group B) kind of update... do SP1 and SP2, then do this:

I'd say 70-75% of folks think so. I'm still on Win 7, mainly because a lot of programs I use, need Windows 7.

If you want to switch to Win 10, it's still free. Use AIDA64 Extreme to get your Windows 7 CD key, then go here for the Win 10 ISO...
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Use the media creation tool to make a bootable USB stick to Install Windows 10. Note: If you have Win 7 Home, then you will get Win 10 Home. If Win 7 Pro, then you will get Win 10 Pro.

/e It's always better to do a absolutely clean install of Windows 10. Don't do an Upgrade install. It takes more space, and is always buggy.

/ee This program will allow you to delete your C: drive for a clean install of Windows 10... EaseUs Partition Master

That's because with Win 7 there really is only an SP1. They never officially named the 2nd batch of updates as a Service pack.
