k so every youtube video I see of how to set up and use my controller they are using some sort of gaming reciever. anyone else just using a regular bluetooth and can make yours work? does anyone have a youtube video or something. when I bought this I was sure it was able to connect my xbox 360 controller wirelessly to pc but idk at the moment.

if theirs no way I'm just going to buy a wired usb controller instead

Xbox 360 controllers don't have bluetooth, only the xbox one controllers do. If you want to use an xbox 360 controller, you need the correct wireless dongle hooked up to your PC. Or go wired.
