Can't link you the software to pair with the dongle so you have to google that, no need warn.

well since wii u controllers are discontinued now who knows if mine would break. would be good to have wifi for any type of controller. I have xbox 360 controllers as well I think that only work with wifi.

Yes the speeds are fine, the only issue with blue tooth is signal strength.
I don't know how far away you are but I doubt its over 15 feet.

Should add both style controllers operate on bluetooth so you don't get any foolish idea's later (PS4 and andriod controllers are the same as well).

Yes, sadly enough there's a few 3rd party controllers for pc that use their own signal.
I've personally only come across one irl but have been told theres been others over the years.
Infrared based game controller for example in my case.
